Acknowledgement
 

I release Lorena Sevi of all legal responsibilities for personal injury or property damage occurred while attending a course. By scheduling the course, I agree to all the terms listed. I also must acknowledge that Lorena Sevi reserves the right to modify these terms, with or without notice.

 
Photo Release Agreement
I hereby authorize LifeSaver First Aid and CPR LLC to use my, or my child’s  video and/or photo and/or information related to my experiences with training(s).  I understand this information may be used on social media, promotional literature, advertising, community presentations, and/or other similar ways. My consent is freely given to LifeSaver First Aid and CPR LLC without expecting payment. I release LifeSaver First Aid and CPR LLC and their respective agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such video and/or photographs. 

 Registration Process
 

If you need to reserve a spot in the course you must pay in advance. Those students who register from an AHA website will still be required to contact the instructor ahead of time.
 

Cancellations/Refunds
 

After class registration is complete , there will be no refunds issued.  You can reschedule for an alternative date within 30 days of the original course date. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to start of the course or a $25 fee will be applied to reschedule.

No Call, No Show
 

If you fail to inform Lorena Sevi of a cancellation or rescheduling request prior to course, this will be considered a no call/no show. There will be no refunds issued in this case.
 

Attendance
 

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time.  If you arrive later then 15 min the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. You will be required to pay the full amount for the course to be rescheduled.
 

Renewal courses: 

MUST HAVE A valid, UNEXPIRED CARD. 

When you sign -up for renewal courses make sure the card is unexpired.
